Dr. Scott H. Newman studied at the University of California Los Angeles where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and obtained his medical degree at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After graduating from University of Southern California, he completed a residency in Family Practice at University of California Irvine. He has over 30 years of experience treating newborns to seniors, and is highly experienced in primary, preventative, and urgent care medicine. After working in hospitals, emergency rooms, and urgent care centers across the world from Southern California to Israel, Dr. Newman is proud to serve as a Medical Director for Urgent Care3D. When not caring for his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Dr. Newman also enjoys woodworking, inventing, growing orchids, and has an avid interest in computers and electronics. His goal is to work together with his patients and help them achieve and maintain their best possible health outcomes.
Dr. Bryan C. Doonan was born in New Jersey, and raised in Los Angeles. He studied at the University of California San Diego where he received a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology and Minor in Economics. He received a full scholarship to St. Louis University School of Medicine where he obtained his medical degree. After Graduating he returned to Southern Caifornia and completed a residency in Family practice at the University of California Irvine.
Inspired by his younger years of surfing and skateboarding, Dr. Doonan then started his fellowship in sports learning first hand from some of the best Orthopedic Surgeons in Southern California. Bringing more than 10 years of expertise to Urgent Care 3D he is proud to serve as medical director. His goal is to work with patients to provide the most innovative and comprehensive personal care.
Dr. Madrid earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Biological Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature and Language. After graduation from Centenary, she obtained a prestigious United States Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship and went on to earn her doctorate in Medicine at LSUHSC School of Medicine in Shreveport. Her award-winning research during medical school and academic record was followed by postgraduate training at UCLA and Yale. She is fully fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
